Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS HB 225. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" Representative Green moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" CCS HB 225 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
